    Goodday Taro. I would like to thank you for sharing this invaluable knowledge 🙏🏼 I have so much to share ( feedback). In short, In March 2000, I had the first total hip replacement, it was unstable and as a result, I experienced recurring dislocations and subsequent closed reductions. Working in the film industry at the time (Gaffer, electrical), I would be back at work the day after reduction.(insane) In 2003 a revision of same hip. This hip failed 2005 to 2018 Dec experienced 7 open reduction operations, the 7th got double infection(left leg was now 7 cm longer than right leg, and scoliosis). They then did a Girdle Stone(remove prosthesis) more antibiotics, litres of it intravenous for 7weeks, then got sent home, 4 months later they replaced prosthesis with suprer stable new tech...I was offered a wheelchair which i declined. A year went by of rolling aroun in agony and quite spastic on a pilates ball. UNTIL I stumbled stumbled across one of your videos, I have a whole stash now of them, and practice religiously. I haven't joined your class as my experience was unique, hence long intro. I am amazed at the progress I am making, not without much pain, excruciating at times . The rewards are almost immediate, and worth it , and my spine is pretty much straight, and I am getting super comfortable in my body again...thank you for sharing once again.     my body refuses to even attempt standing on the roller without any support :D:D let alone squatting from this position, at this moment i'm starting the attempt to release one foot off the ground while the other is on the roller, AND supporting myself with hands on the counter :D

    I really felt the difference between my habitual side and non habitual side. In fact shifting to my non habitual side was very tiring. I actually felt very tired after this exercise. I seems like a simple exercise but it's very effective to people who need it.

    Thank you for this series of exercices! If I want to go through them one a day would you recommend doing them first thing in the morning or in evening? my shoulders are definitely more even after ex1 and this one.

    Thank you. I’m trying to sprint again at age 70. I’ve worked hard on most of the parts of my body to reach the school, but my feet do not feelgood. My cardio is good. I’m going to try these movements for my feet. My hands are arthritic butI’m gonna try them anyway.

    Finely, I started doing it. After that swinging the legs in the air. Like babies and toddlers do. Great for relaxing and blood flow. Clapping with feet on the music. The floor is really a nice place to live.

    I happened to look up stiff neck on RUclips the other day and watched one video and the stretches didn’t really help. Today you were on my feed and omg..that stiff neck is just melting away.     This was helpful in raising my awareness of the sideways rib cage movement in particular. I think this is something I can easily incorporate into my daily activities when I need to be sitting, or even standing, to release tension in my spine (c-curve scoliosis) and build easy movement into otherwise static positions.

    Taro, I know that right leg is dominant and due to my scoliosis mild curve but twisting my spine right forward, I have a tendency to get a pinched nerve as I get older with less flexibility. Can this occurrence be trained to not occur?

      I sincerely believe that our nervous system is capable of changing regardless of your age or condition. Despite severe scoliosis, you can improve quality of how you move through daily activities and how you feel in your body. This has nothing to do with structure of your body.
